| | If you have ordered an item off our website your order will go out within three business days. If you place a special order it will go out within 15 business days. |

We keep all the information you send to us private and secure, and we don't sell it. Our security measures continue even after you've placed your order. We start by quickly removing your credit card information from the order documentation. We then process your credit card on a highly secure internal system, inaccessible via the Internet. Fees for Online and Home Study Notary Courses and products are non-refundable; products may be exchanged for other products if change is made before production of products. Shipping charges may be different; adjustments will be made if so. Live Seminar fees are non-refundable but may be applied to the next scheduled Seminar if you find you will be unable to attend the Seminar you registered for, with notice from student at least 10 days prior to originally scheduled Seminar.
All Embossers and Rubber Stamps are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
In the event of a manufacturer's error (such as typesetting mistake, fixed position error or incorrect handle sent), just let us know in writting via e-mail or fax, we will promptly investigate and correct.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
If orders are placed for notary supplies by notary commission applicants and the notary application process is abandoned by the student, other non-notary products may be substituted for amount of product sale only if request is made within 90 days. Course fees are nonrefundable. Student must notify this office for change in product order if so. After 90 days with no contact from customer or no reply to inquiries from this office, order is considered abandoned and funds will be absorbed for service fees incurred for repeated attempts to contact.
